Lockdown
Our school will be practicing a "lockdown" tomorrow at 1:30pm.
Please review the following with your child:
- students must go to the safe place in the classroom and sit criss-cross (our safe place is along the wall by the coat hooks)
- students must remain SILENT - no talking or moving during this time
- students must keep their eyes on the teacher for further direction.
'wh' words
Today we
searched for words with ‘wh’ in them. Ask your child what sound ‘wh’ makes. Can
you find some words at home that have ‘wh’ in them? Here are some that we came
up with as a class.
